1. After-sales Repair
Zhili can sign long-term maintenance services with customers to provide customers with professional and worry free services. Main maintenance content (Due to the differences in the performance and use of each type of generator set, the listed standards are for reference only and should be operated according to the specific situation)
Daily Maintenance:
2. Check the oil plane in the oil pan, when insufficient, oil should be added.
3. Check the amount of oil in the tank.
4. Check the water surface of the water tank.
5. Check the oil, water pipe connector.
6. Check the inlet, exhaust pipe and cylinder gasket seal; Clean the surface oil stains and dust, keep the machine room clean.
Suitable for the maintenance of the standby generator set: (such as residential areas, buildings, hospitals, organs, scenic spots, factories and other places with few power outages, only used for fire fighting, power outage maintenance and other times to use the standby generator set)
Professional Maintenance:
1. Perform a comprehensive inspection of the generator set’s water, electricity, oil, and gas to ensure its normal operation.
2. Conduct a 5-10 minute no-load trial run to ensure adequate lubrication. Assess the condition of the unit through observation and auditory inspection.
3. Replace consumables such as air filters, diesel filters, engine oil, oil filters, water filters, and oil-water separator filter elements.
4. Replace the cooling fluid in the radiator and add radiator coolant.
5. Add battery electrolyte or distilled water.
6. After maintenance, conduct another inspection of the unit and perform cleaning.
7. Conduct a 5-10 minute no-load trial run to record various performance parameters of the unit, provide rational suggestions, and obtain customer acceptance.
This maintenance plan is suitable for generator sets used for long-term operation in various scenarios such as construction sites, factories experiencing frequent power outages, insufficient transformer loads, project testing, and locations where grid power is unavailable or unreliable.
2. After-sales Guidelines
Thank you for choosing the ZHILI series diesel generator set. Along with your selection, you also gain access to our excellent after-sales service and original spare parts supply.
Our maintenance engineers and experienced technical professionals will strictly adhere to the contents, plans, and commitments outlined in our service guarantee certificate, providing you with comprehensive technical support and application assistance for diesel generator sets.
Our factory’s after-sales service always adheres to the principle of quality first and customer priority, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction as the standard of service. We aim to address your concerns regarding application, maintenance, and servicing of your generator set.
We offer preventive maintenance plans to reduce the costly downtime. We maintain stock of less commonly used or urgently required spare parts and can promptly order and supply them when needed.
A. Service Modes:
1. Pre-sales Technical Support:
Actively assist owners and design units in the preliminary design work of the unit selection, machine room design, and unit installation. Maintain close communication with owners, provide timely and accurate technical support, offer rational opinions and suggestions, and act as advisors to the owners.
2. Warranty Period:
Any abnormal faults occurring in the unit during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge by our team. We commit to a 2-hour response time and will arrive at the site within 24 hours (or according to actual traffic conditions) to provide warranty services. If the unit cannot be restored to operation within 12 hours, we will provide free replacement parts, and the warranty period for the replaced components will be extended accordingly. If the maintenance personnel at the service point cannot resolve the fault, we will send professional technicians to the site to resolve the issue at our expense, as per the owner’s written notice.
Note:
(1) The warranty period is one year from the date of acceptance of the equipment.
The definition of the warranty period: The actual usage period is 1 year or 1000 hours (whichever comes first). Alternatively, according to the relevant terms of the contract, if any parts are damaged or other faults occur due to the factory’s assembly negligence, design flaws, or improper selection of materials, the supplier shall be responsible for warranty repairs.
(2) Consumable parts, daily use accessories, human error, and negligence in maintenance are not covered under this warranty.
3. Post-warranty Period:
All spare parts are provided at cost. Our personnel will promptly visit the customer’s site or the designated location, ensuring the unit is restored to normal operation. Outside the warranty period, our company commits to providing lifelong tracking service to customers.
B. Services Offered:
2. We offer system and extensive technical services when you consider purchasing or already use our generator sets, providing free consultations for generator sets that meet your technical specifications.
3. We assist in checking, positioning, and testing the purchased generator sets from the day of ordering.
4. Free training for technical personnel.
5. We offer preventive maintenance and repairs to control your operating costs.
6. We provide a wide range of spare parts, and our maintenance engineers are available to offer technical assistance.
7. We provide free room design, power distribution design, and application specifications for diesel generator sets.
8. After the generator set is put into normal operation, we conduct monthly routine inspections and record various indicators.
C. Service Details:
2. Generator sets purchased through authorized ZHILI dealers will be covered by our service responsibility for life. The warranty period starts from the completion of commissioning until the day of delivery to the user. The warranty period after delivery is 12 months (or as per the contract terms). If the user does not use the equipment immediately upon arrival for other reasons, the warranty period will start from the date of arrival. However, users must adhere to the storage and maintenance requirements provided by our service department for ZHILI diesel generator sets.
3. In normal use, if a failure occurs due to equipment quality issues, users can report repairs and claims to our after-sales service department. We will compensate for damaged parts due to faulty equipment without additional charges, following the relevant claims procedures.
4. Apart from maintenance during the warranty period, users can also request scheduled maintenance and servicing from our service department. Upon receiving the request and commission, we will provide users with a maintenance agreement, which will be confirmed by both parties. Users only need to pay the cost fee for scheduled maintenance and servicing provided by our service department. For users who do not participate in scheduled maintenance and servicing arranged by our after-sales service department, when equipment failure occurs, our company will dispatch personnel to carry out repair work. During repairs, only the cost of damaged components and basic service fees (including travel expenses, accommodation fees, and labor costs) will be charged.
5. For installation matters raised by users, the after-sales service department will carry out installations according to relevant installation specifications for diesel generator sets and user requirements. Installation costs will be budgeted and finalized after mutual confirmation.
D. Service Commitments:
1. Machine Commissioning:
Upon receiving the user’s machine commissioning application, our after-sales service department will promptly dispatch technical service personnel to the designated site for machine commissioning according to the commissioning procedure.
2. Fault Repair:
Upon receiving a user’s repair notification, our after-sales service department will dispatch engineering technicians to the location of the equipment to be repaired as soon as possible.
Our after-sales service department will establish a technical file for users, regularly or irregularly consult and understand the user’s equipment usage status to ensure that your ZHILI diesel generator set is in good standby condition.
We will visit users who use ZHILI diesel generator sets regularly or irregularly every year to record user opinions and suggestions on our after-sales service department.
