  • Inspect and repair PT pump and injectors.
  • Adjust valve clearance and injector stroke.
  • Adjust belt tension of fan, battery charger, and water pump.
  • Check turbocharger clearance.

Top Overhaul (6000-8000 Running Hours)

  • Includes all minor maintenance tasks.
  • Partial engine decomposition to check turbocharger, rocker arm, cylinder head, piston assembly, inter-cooler, pumps, and injectors.
  • Replace turbocharger repair kits, valve seat rings, guides, piston rings, cylinder liner, connecting rod bearings, water pump repair kits, and adjust injector nozzles.

Major Overhaul (10000-12000 Running Hours)

  • Includes all top overhaul tasks.
  • Complete engine disassembly, including crankshaft and camshaft inspection.
  • Add crankshaft bearings and bottom repair kits.

Circuit Maintenance

  • Inspect and repair electrical faults such as frequency instability, no voltage, start failure, off frequency, reverse power, and synchronizing failure.
