The Seaview Garden Project is divided into commercial and residential sections, with a total cost of $88 million. The commercial section was put into use in the fourth quarter of 2017, and the residential section was completed in 2018. The successful implementation of the Seaview Garden Project will undoubtedly contribute to the rapid economic development of Sihanoukville and become a significant highlight in the strategic layout of the Belt and Road Initiative.
